Drew’s Gift of Music is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization founded in 2012 with the simple mission to provide as many music resources as possible to young students who wish to learn to play an instrument. We currently service 60+ schools across Indiana and newly into Michigan. We support over 180 students from fifth grade to high school seniors. Roughly 90% of our instruments are generously donated to us and all instruments are cleaned, refurbished, and stocked with all essential equipment so they are ready to pick up and play the moment they reach a student’s hands.

 

Our instruments are licensed to the students at no cost to them for the duration of their K-12 music education. After graduation, those instruments are returned to us, refurbished, and granted to the next student in need. A majority of our funding is designated to refurbishing instruments, with the average cost to do so being approximately $250.00. We call this amount of tax deductible donation our “Adopt a Student” Program.
